Case Study : Inclined Belt Conveyor for Carton Box Conveying

A customer based at Chinchwad area, near Pune was looking for easy to convey his warehouse items from ground floor and then receive back from top floor to ground floor.

He also wanted conveyor system to receive and dispatch the material on ground floors.

The customer was one of the biggest importer of false ceilings and accessories from China. He was in the process to build a 10000 Sqft double storied warehouse.

He involved us during architectural phase and we planned the conveyor positions accordingly.

We designed the inclined belt conveyor for carton box conveying. The box weight was 20kg. The customer wanted to stop the conveyor when the box reaches any end of the conveyor. The system is designed and provided with electrical system.
