Case Study: Inclined Belt Conveyor for Carton Box Conveying
A customer based in the Chinchwad area, near Pune, was looking for an easy way to convey his warehouse items from the ground floor and then receive them back from the top floor to the ground floor.
He also wanted an inclined belt conveyor system to receive and dispatch material on the ground floors.
About the Customer
The customer was one of the biggest importers of false ceilings and accessories from China. He was in the process of building a 10,000 sq ft double-storied warehouse.
He involved us during the architectural phase, and we planned the conveyor positions accordingly.
Our Solution
We designed the inclined belt conveyor for carton box conveying. The box weight was 20kg. The customer wanted the conveyor to stop when the box reached either end of the conveyor. The system was designed and provided with a complete electrical system to achieve this.
